Lullaby Leaf is a captivating, fun-filled, and immersive theatre experience created by Ceol Connected, for young children with Down Syndrome and their guardian/carer.
What is it like to live on a giant leaf?
Prepare for whooshing winds, gigantic raindrops, busy bugs, and bursts of colourful canopy in this joyful multi-sensory performance. With the gentle unfurling of a leaf, a soothing sensory world is brought to life through music and song, light, smell, movement, and touch.
Supported by Creative Ireland regions Monaghan, Cavan, Louth & Meath, Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan, Baboró International Arts Festival for Children (with support from Bank of Ireland Begin Together Arts Fund).
Lullaby Leaf at Íontas is presented as part of Tradoodle Festival Monaghan.

Join Gráinne Holland, accompanied by her musical friends, on a journey into the magical world of the Tuatha Dé Danann or the fairy folk. Arriving to Ireland by ship in a cloud of magical smoke, the Tuatha Dé Danann have lived here for centuries. Their stories have been passed down from generation to generation and people still leave gifts for them at fairy trees and fairy forts all over the country.
Hear the stories of the children of Lir, Balor the cyclops, the hero Lúgh Lámhfhada and the butterfly princess Étáin all accompanied by beautiful music and songs.

Join The Whistleberries in the treetops where a toe-tapping, tale-telling, hip-shaking hooley awaits! Deeply rooted in Irish traditional music, TREEHOUSE is a unique traditional music performance for children that is sure to have everyone singing along. With mesmerising melodies on whistles, guitar, keyboard, fiddle and percussion, you can look forward to a wonderfully interactive big-band show that will have audiences of all ages hooked.

The Hill of Tunes
Music & Storytelling with Tim Doyle,With music commissioned from musician and composer Tim Doyle (uilleann pipes, whistles, concertina, violin, piano), narrator / singer Cathy Jordan and illustrator/ children’s writer, Jon Berkeley, have come together to create a wonderful performance based on ‘Hill of Tunes’, a gentle, humorous, and vivid story written by Vincent Woods. The performance will use music, illustration and screen to create an atmospheric 25 minute music-story film
